Brendan Patrick McDonnell, an associate at Heyman Enerio Gattuso & Hirzel LLP, focuses his practice in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation. Brendan focuses on issues of stockholder Section 220 demands, corporate governance, officer and director fiduciary obligations, officer and director indemnity, and other corporate and commercial disputes. Brendan practices in the Delaware Court of Chancery and in the Complex Commercial Litigation Division (CCLD) of the Delaware Superior Court, where he clerked for a year for the Honorable Mary M. Johnston. The experience gained through that clerkship helped to shape Brendan into a strong writer and a keen researcher with a clear idea of what judges expect from the attorneys that appear before them, particularly in the CCLD.

Brendan is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the State of Delaware and the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
