Kelly Rowe is an associate at Heyman Enerio Gattuso & Hirzel LLP. Her practice centers on corporate and commercial litigation and complex insurance coverage disputes. Kelly focuses on issues of stockholder Section 220 demands, corporate governance, officer and director fiduciary obligations, officer and director indemnity, and other corporate disputes. Kelly practices in the Delaware Court of Chancery, as well as the Delaware Superior Court, and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
